Responsibilities:/n You’re caring and take pride in making peoples’

Sales & Marketing Associate, your primary responsibilities include:
/n /n - Converting leads into community tours by following up with
all prospects and providing helpful and compelling information
about the community and neighborhood /n - Conducting informative
and personalized tours of the apartment community that result in
new leases /n - Building brand loyalty by ensuring that the
resident experience is consistently stellar /n - Generating
awareness, interest and excitement via social media /n - Working
weekends when prospective residents are out looking for their new
home—three weekends per month with two days off during the week /n

Outstanding communication skills both written and verbal /n -
Proficient in leveraging social media platforms such as Facebook
and Instagram, and a passion to create and deliver engaging and
distinctive content. /n - A sharp professional appearance /n -
Sales aptitude /n - Competent with various software, apps and
computer programs /n /n This position is eligible for additional
bonus opportunities. Salary Range $48,000—$53,000 USD When you join
