team’s mission is to build and execute thoughtful, fast integration
strategies that unlock and amplify the value of every acquisition.
We partner across the organization to strengthen Robinhood’s
M&A integration capabilities by improving tools, playbooks, and
processes. The team focuses on consistent execution, clear
decision-making, and measurable outcomes that support successful
integrations! As an M&A Integration Manager, you will lead
integration efforts across all phases of the M&A lifecycle,
acting as a subject matter expert. You will align teams and
acquired partners around integration priorities, translate strategy
into execution plans, and help standardize practices that improve
future acquisitions. This is an individual contributor role with
high visibility, requiring strong judgment, structured
problem-solving, and the ability to guide work across multiple
business areas. This role is based in our Menlo Park, CA office,
with in-person attendance expected at least 3 days per week. At

support high-performing teams. What you’ll do Lead the development
and execution of acquisition integration strategies from diligence
through post-close Drive value creation and M&A integration
success Communicate effectively and operate independently, making
decisions with minimal oversight Create and deliver risk analysis,
tradeoff decisions, integration strategy and plans with senior
leadership. Align and guide teams across M&A, acquired
employees, and subject matter experts on complex integration
priorities Provide expertise to resolve complex problems that
involve multiple considerations across different business areas
Improve integration processes, systems, and playbooks, and share
best practices across the company What you bring 8 years of
experience in M&A integration management or related fields,
ideally within a software or technology company Experience
delivering complex, large-scale initiatives involving multiple
teams and evolving priorities Strong communication and facilitation
skills, including preparing clear presentations for senior
leadership Ability to build trust, influence without direct
authority, and support collaboration across teams Strong analytical
skills with experience synthesizing qualitative and quantitative

range listed below, this role is also eligible for bonus
opportunities equity benefits. Base pay for the successful
applicant will depend on a variety of job-related factors, which
may include education, training, experience, location, business
needs, or market demands. The expected base pay range for this role
is based on the location where the work will be performed and is
aligned to one of 3 compensation zones. For other locations not
listed, compensation can be discussed with your recruiter during
the interview process. Base Pay Range: Zone 1 (Menlo Park, CA; New
York, NY; Bellevue, WA; Washington, DC) $187,000 - $220,000 USD
Zone 2 (Denver, CO; Westlake, TX; Chicago, IL) $165,000 - $194,000
USD Zone 3 (Lake Mary, FL; Clearwater, FL; Gainesville, FL)
