Description
Lyon Real Estate, the leading independent real estate brokerage company in the Greater Sacramento Region, is seeking outgoing, customer focused individual to join our team of professional office administrators. This is a full ime position working Monday-Friday in our Davis branch office.
The ideal candidate is customer service oriented with the ability to multi-task and prioritize in a high volume, fast paced environment. In addition, successful candidates must have excellent communication skills and interact effectively with the public, real estate sales agents, office staff and varied personalities in a real estate office setting.
Responsibilities include:

  • Perform general office duties to include but not limited to answering phones, greeting visitors and agents, providing general information, mail distribution, ordering office supplies, data entry, filing and preparing correspondence.
  • Processing real estate listings and sales using MLS and other internal programs
  • Processing advertising requests and ordering signs
  • Processing agent documents and conducting new agent orientation
  • Maintaining petty cash
  • Operating a multi-line phone system

    Qualifications
    • High School Diploma or GED certificate
    • Minimum 3 years experience in an administrative, general office or sales support role
    • Previous Real Estate Industry experience preferred
    • Tech savvy with the ability to learn new programs quickly and troubleshoot common issues
    • Proficient with MS Office, Google Suite and social media platforms
    • Previous experience using MLS preferred
    • Team oriented with a friendly, outgoing personality
    • Customer service focused
    • Strong organizational skills with ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
    • Ability to effectively communicate and interact with diverse personalities at all levels inside and outside the organization
