We are looking for a candidate that is passionate about working with and serving university students, faculty, and staff in an outpatient setting. As the -Front Office Team Lead -to support our -College Health Program, you will -be responsible for ensuring the front office operations are running smoothly by leading the work of the Front Office Coordinators and Medical Assistants. - You will be a resource to the front office staff by providing insight and guidance on front office processes and procedures. - This position is instrumental in ensuring the medical environment allows our providers to deliver quality patient care. - The Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Strong leadership skills with prior team lead or supervisory experience
• 1+ year of recent admin/clerical experience -
• 1+ year of customer service experience
• Experience within a healthcare setting is preferred
• Experience with InSync desired
• Excellent verbal/written communication skills The pay for this position is $21 to $23 per hour.
