looking for a dynamic Customer Service Specialist to join our team
of professionals. This individual contributor role is an hourly,
full-time position located in North Highlands, California. The
Customer Service Specialist will function as the face of Good Life
Pest to our customers and will strive to provide superior service
through various mediums. Responsibilities Manage substantial
amounts of incoming calls Ability to resolve customer complaints
Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction Build
sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through
open and interactive communication Manage inbound and outbound
calls by providing professional and courteous customer service Meet
personal/customer service team sales targets and call-handling
quotas Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions
and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure
resolution Schedule appointments Order Entry Cross-sell related
products to customers Provide accurate, valid, and complete
information by using the right methods/tools Assist customers with
questions and concerns Keep records of customer interactions or
transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, or
comments as well as actions taken Follow communication procedures,
guidelines, and policies Take the extra mile to engage customers
Skills And Must- Haves Minimum of 3 years of recent call center
experience Communicates in a professional manner (proper grammar,
punctuation, and tone) in both written and verbal communication
Effective listener An independent problem solver Reliable,
punctual, and willing to learn new processes in a constantly
evolving industry Should be able to work in a fast-paced, high
volume, and goal-oriented environment Self-motivated individual
capable of multitasking Proficient with Access, MS Excel, MS Word,
and Outlook Windows Operating System and Office knowledge and
experience Strong organizational and follow-up skills Strong
attention to detail Must be enthusiastic, have a strong can-do
attitude, and be a team player Problem-solving skills
Self-motivated to work without constant direct supervision Work
well under pressure with time-sensitive deadlines Punctuality is
imperative Type 40 WPM Strong phone contact handling skills and
active listening Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond
to different types of inquiries in a professional manner Ability to
multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
