About the role We’re hiring a Senior Marketing Manager, Paid Social
to own and scale our paid social ecosystem end-to-end. This role is
built for an independent operator who can confidently manage
high-spend, high-complexity Meta programs across dozens of
brands—while also identifying and unlocking the next layer of
growth within and beyond our existing channels. You will serve as
the in-house expert on Meta, owning strategy, execution, and
optimization across multiple concurrent campaigns that directly
drive enrollment and revenue. This includes designing and running
experiments, translating performance data into clear insights, and
shaping creative and media decisions that improve efficiency at
scale. As our Meta foundation continues to mature, you’ll also play
a key role in expanding impact—whether through new placements,
formats, audiences, or adjacent paid social platforms—bringing a
test-and-learn mindset grounded in strong analytical rigor. This
role requires someone who knows Meta inside and out, is comfortable
operating at scale across many brands and objectives, and can
balance day-to-day execution with forward-looking channel and
growth strategy. Who you are You are a hands-on Meta expert with
deep experience running and scaling paid social campaigns in
complex, high-spend environments You thrive in high-volume,
multi-campaign ecosystems and are highly detail-oriented without
losing sight of the bigger picture You can dig deep into
performance metrics and zoom out to translate data into clear
implications for campaign strategy, creative direction, and
efficiency You are a strong critical thinker who designs clean
experiments, evaluates tradeoffs, and draws sound, actionable
conclusions You are comfortable owning work independently, setting
direction within your scope, and sharing clear recommendations and
insights with leadership You value structure, documentation, and
repeatable execution that enables scale across brands and channels
You likely bring: 5 years of experience managing Meta
(Facebook/Instagram) paid media campaigns, including ownership of
high-spend, multi-campaign programs Demonstrated experience
designing and running structured A/B tests across audiences,
creative, copy, formats, and placements—and applying learnings at
scale Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize
insights into clear recommendations that influence strategy,
creative direction, and investment decisions Experience partnering
closely with product marketing, design, and creative teams to
translate performance data into effective assets. Excellent project
management and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage
complexity across multiple brands and initiatives simultaneously
What you’ll do Own and Execute Meta Paid Social End-to-End. You
will directly build, launch, manage, and optimize Meta paid social
campaigns across a complex, multi-brand portfolio. This includes
campaign setup, budget pacing, creative and audience management,
and ongoing optimization, with accountability for performance,
efficiency, and revenue impact. Analyze Performance and Develop
Clear Hypotheses. You will regularly dig into campaign performance
data to understand what’s driving results across audiences,
messaging, formats, and placements. You’ll move beyond
surface-level reporting to develop clear, testable hypotheses that
explain why something is working and what to try next. Generate
Actionable Creative Insights. You will translate performance data
into concrete creative guidance for product marketing and design.
Articulating what we know to be true about messaging, hooks,
formats, and value propositions, and how those insights should
shape future asset production. Communicate Results and
Recommendations. You will share clear, concise performance readouts
and recommendations with cross-functional partners and leadership.
You’ll explain not just what happened, but why it happened and what
actions should follow. Proactively proposing new tests,
optimizations, and opportunities to expand impact within the
platforms you manage. Set Direction Within the Channel. Within the
broader growth and marketing goals, you’ll help shape paid social
strategy for the channels you own. You’ll independently develop

staying current on platform updates, new placements, and emerging
best practices to continuously improve performance. Our core values
