Job Description Job Description Master's degree in
Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of
Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A certified
Speech-Language Pathologist is needed to provide full-time
maternity leave coverage at an elementary school in El Dorado, KS.
This contract assignment runs from March 2026 through May 22, 2026,
and offers the opportunity to support an elementary caseload within
a single school setting. The role involves managing therapy
services for approximately 40 students with a total schedule of
1,470 minutes per week. Key Responsibilities: Provide evaluation,
assessment, and speech-language therapy services to students in an
elementary school environment Develop and implement individualized
treatment plans tailored to each students speech and language goals
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational staff to
support student progress Document and maintain accurate records of
therapy sessions and student progress Ensure compliance with
relevant regulations and professional standards Desired
Qualifications: Valid Speech-Language Pathology license with CCC
(Certificate of Clinical Competence) Experience working in a
school-based setting preferred Strong communication and
organizational skills Ability to manage a caseload efficiently and
effectively Location: El Dorado, Kansas This role is a leave
