are seeking an Electrical Engineer / Project Manager to support
capital projects and electrical infrastructure within
biopharmaceutical manufacturing and laboratory environments. This
role sits within the Design & Construction (D&C) Technical
Operations organization and provides both technical electrical
leadership and project management support across GMP-regulated
facilities. The ideal candidate can flex between electrical
engineering lead, workstream owner, and project manager depending
on project needs. WORK LOCATION : Travel to client sites may be
required up to 100%, based on project demands and client
expectations. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES : (This list is not exhaustive
and may be supplemented and changed as necessary.) Lead and support
electrical infrastructure projects to ensure reliable power
distribution and system redundancy Provide technical oversight
during design, construction, and turnover, including responding to
construction RFIs Support emergency and standby power systems and
electrical distribution upgrades Review and approve electrical
design deliverables including drawings, calculations, and
specifications Serve as Project Manager or Electrical Workstream
Lead for capital projects Manage project scope, schedule, cost, and
risk Coordinate with Facilities, Quality, Automation, EHS, and
external design and construction partners Support commissioning,
qualification readiness, and turnover to operations Ensure
compliance with applicable electrical codes, safety standards, and
GMP requirements Support resolution of construction and field
issues to maintain compliance and project continuity QUALIFICATIONS
AND REQUIREMENTS : To perform this job successfully, an individual
must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
Technical Experience : 10 or more years of experience in electrical
engineering with capital project and project management
responsibility Experience in biopharmaceutical, pharmaceutical, or
other regulated manufacturing environments Strong working knowledge
of electrical codes and standards such as NEC, NFPA, and IEEE
Experience supporting construction activities and resolving field
issues Preferred : Professional Engineer (PE) license PMP or
equivalent project management certification Experience working in a
Design & Construction or Capital Projects organization Background
in consulting or owner’s-representative project delivery models Key
Skills : Strong technical judgment and problem-solving ability
Clear, confident communication with cross-functional stakeholders
Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced project
environments Flexibility to operate in hybrid technical and project

expected salary range for this position is $130,000.00 to
$150,000.00 yearly. Actual pay will be determined based on
experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other
job-related factors permitted by law. Currently, Syner-G is unable
