  • Work closely with AMPA business functional leaders to assess business/function specific organizational design project processes to enhance both operating effectiveness and productivity
    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND REPONSIBILITIES
    • Lead and/or support organizational development and design projects that improve people processes, structures, measures, and accountabilities with the ultimate goal to optimize the deployment of internal resources to achieve superior business results in line with our Global HR Strategic Initiatives

      • Support organizational development and design projects either directly or through facilitation of external resources. Ensure quality execution through a hands-on approach to the design and delivery of organizational development and design projects. Build reputation for quality and impact. Ensure systematic methods of measuring quality and impact are in place.
      • Assesses climate and culture of the region, makes recommendations to meet key global initiatives effectively. Acts as scout and change agent in support of cultural changes within the company.
      • Effectively establish partnerships with functional areas, strategic services, support teams and AMPA regional management.
      • Supports organizational design and effectiveness efforts by conducting needs assessments and gap analyses.
      • Initiates, develops and implement learning and development opportunities tied to strategic organizational outcomes and initiatives.
      • Provides organizational development expertise, including but not limited to strategic planning, systems thinking, change management, consulting, leadership development, and coaching; team formation and development; facilitation. plays active role in regional meetings
      • Utilizes sound instructional design theory to design, develop and deliver learning opportunities to improve performance.
      • Support all AMPA subsidiaries directly as related to Organizational Development needs for their respective areas and/or countries.
      • Drives the global engagement strategy at the AMPA regional level that continues to involve and align the leaders and employees in the organization in support of the Global HR Strategic Roadmap.
      • Develops and drives a Talent Management process that supports the continual development and upgrading of leadership to support and accelerate the Business Transformation with a planned and deliberate approach.
      • Assume full accountability for conceiving and executing AMPA OD&D projects and processes. OD&D project execution must be tightly coordinated with Global strategic priorities where applicable, including a leading role in developing and improving the organization at the Regional level.
      • Responsible to provide regional measurement methods that quantify the return on HM.CLAUSE human capital investments of Regional and Global HR programs through HR dashboards and scorecards.
        EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
        • BS and Master's degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources or MBA Desire
        • 4-6 years of experience in HR with similar exposure and strategic role.
        • Good understanding of Human Resources and Organizational Development principles
        • Excellent written and oral communication skills
        • Organized and able to handle competing priorities
        • Fluency in English and Spanish is highly preferred. Knowledge of French is a plus.
        • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
