Overview:We are seeking an energetic and compassionate leader to join our dynamic healthcare team as the Director of Nursing at University Retirement Community CCRC in Davis, CA. The DON will oversee all health programs and services in our 37-bed, 5-star Skilled Nursing Facility. Our diverse team includes valued nurse leaders such as the Director of Staff Development, Infection Prevention Nurse, and MDS Coordinator. Discover more about us!What You'll Be DoingYou will oversee all health programs and services in the Skilled Nursing Facility, directing the day-to-day functioning of nursing practices in compliance with current rules, procedures, and regulations.
