Cynet Health to find a qualified Rehab RN in San Francisco,
California, 94117! Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing

Booster (Medical/Religious Exemptions Only) Preferred Experience in
Neuro/Stroke Unit Description: The Registered Nurse will provide
care in a rehabilitation setting. Candidates should have experience
working with adult and geriatric patient populations. An
interdisciplinary approach is utilized to deliver patient care. The
unit focuses on diagnosis such as stroke, brain injuries, spinal
cord injuries, trauma, and organ transplants. Nurses will manage a
patient ratio of 5 during their shift. Safe patient handling
equipment will be utilized. There will be collaboration with
physical therapy, respiratory services, social services, and other
allied health professionals. Candidates are encouraged to have
prior travel experience within the last 12 months. The position
requires competency in electronic charting systems. Acute inpatient
rehabilitation experience is essential. Additional skills should
include management of cardiac arrest, telemetry monitoring, and
care for various medical conditions. The ideal candidate will have
strong communication and patient teaching abilities. Weekly team
conferences will be held to review each patient's individualized
care plan. Candidates must be able to maintain a flexible approach,
as reassignment to different departments may occur as needed.
Demonstrated ability to assess and manage pain, pressure ulcers,
and infection control is expected. Nurses will be involved in the
patient's daily rehabilitation goals and overall progress. Travel
experience is a requirement for this position. This role demands
