reliable caregiver to support a male client who will be discharged
from rehab next week and requires immediate assistance at home in
Delhi, California (95315) . The client is currently at Turlock, CA
Rehab and will need consistent non-medical support as he
transitions back home. Client Needs: Diabetic; unable to lift
himself independently Recently had hernia surgery Ambulates with a
walker Can toilet independently but needs assistance standing up
Needs help with showers and restroom assistance Shower chair
available Schedule Options (Flexible): Choose one preferred set:
Monday, Wednesday, Friday Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday Morning
shift: 2–3 hours Evening shifts also acceptable (flexible based on
