Job Description ENT Physician needed near Sacramento, CA. Join a level 1 Trauma Center and Medical Foundation in the Central Valley area of CA. They are recruiting for a Board Eligible or Board Certified ENT Physician to join their Surgical Team. This 30 Physician Multi Specialty Group offers the Physicians autonomy of a private practice but with the security of an employed position. They have a built in referral base to help ramp up the new ENT physicians practice. The Non Profit Medical Foundation provides management, billing and staffing services. The Physicians determine their own work load and schedule. The ENT physician will have an option for 4-days Clinic and 1-day OR Block schedule. Shared community call of 1-4 averaging 8 days a month. The case loads range from Septoplasty turbinate reduction, T&A, tonsillectomy, endoscopy nasal / sinus / debride and tounge biopsy. The Medical Center / Medical Foundation is providing a generous salary guarantee, relocation package and signing bonus. They also provide a 401k plan, deferred compensation plan, CME allowance, malpractice insurance and tail coverage. Sacramento is a short drive and about an hour to the San Francisco Bay Area.
