Job Description LanceSoft is seeking a travel Clinical Pharmacist for a travel job in San Francisco, California. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Clinical Pharmacist - Discipline: Allied Health Professional - Duration: 13 weeks - 40 hours per week - Shift: 8 hours, nights - Employment Type: Travel Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Pharmacist to provide patient-centered pharmaceutical care. The ideal candidate will ensure safe, effective, and cost-efficient medication therapy while collaborating closely with healthcare teams. This role involves clinical assessment, medication management, and patient education in a dynamic healthcare environment. Key Responsibilities: - Deliver comprehensive pharmaceutical care and clinical services - Review, verify, and manage medication therapy plans - Provide medication information and education to patients and healthcare staff - Monitor patient response to therapy and adjust recommendations as needed - Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary teams - Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety standards - Support medication preparation and distribution processes - Assist in training and orienting pharmacy staff as needed Requirements: - PharmD (Doctor of Pharmacy) from an accredited program (Required) - Licensed Pharmacist (PHARMD or PHARMR) (Required) - PGY1 Pharmacy Residency Program (Highly Preferred) - New graduates accepted - Strong clinical knowledge and patient care skills Preferred Qualifications: - Completion of PGY1 Residency Program - Strong communication and collaboration skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced clinical environment Work Environment: - Hospital/clinical setting - Patient-focused, team-oriented environment - Variable shifts with rotating weekends About LanceSoft Established in 2000, LanceSoft is a Certified MBE and Woman-Owned organization.
