Job Description:

Make a meaningful impact as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Turlock, CA. We are seeking an experienced LCSW who will advocate for patients to help them gain access to resources while addressing mental health, addiction, and social needs. This role is within a hospital setting and supports interdisciplinary care coordination. Minimum Qualifications Master’s degree in social work (MSW) from an accredited educational program. Two years of supervised clinical experience. Current California LCSW license in good standing. Experience in hospital case management or acute care settings preferred. Experience conducting psychosocial assessments, discharge planning, and community resource coordination preferred. Assignment Details Facility type: Hospital. Department: Case Management. Shift: Days. Shift details: Days 07:30-16:00, 5x8. Expected hours: 40 per week. Start: ASAP. Assignment length: 13 week.
