Job Description:
As a Staff Data Scientist at Walmart Inc., you will embark on

Develop complex data models and algorithms to drive innovation and
strategic initiatives. Analyze large data sets to identify trends,
operational efficiencies, and customer insights. Collaborate with
various team members to implement analytic solutions and contribute
to project planning and reviews. Present actionable insights to
senior stakeholders to influence strategy. Stay abreast of industry
trends and advancements in data science and AI. Expertise in
Python, R, SQL, and other data science tools and libraries Strong
analytical skills with experience in machine learning, predictive
modeling, and statistics Proficient in data visualization tools
such as Tableau, PowerBI, etc. Ability to handle large data sets
and familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Google Cloud, or
Azure Excellent communication and teamwork skills Medical Insurance
Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Certification
in Data Science or Advanced Analytics (e.g., Certified Analytics
Professional, Data Science Certificate from HarvardX or equivalent)
Google Cloud Professional Data Engineer or AWS Certified Big Data -
Specialty certification is a plus
