and drive profitable growth. As Fictiv's Export Control Manager,
you will define, optimize, and maintain end-to-end processes for
Fictiv's regulated services offerings. Your focus will be on
ensuring compliance with export-controlled regulations, NIST
800-171, and CMMC frameworks, while enabling our teams to deliver
excellence at scale. You will partner closely with leadership,
technology, legal, sales, and operations teams to design workflows
that are secure, compliant, and efficient. You will also help us
expand capabilities in supporting export-controlled applications
and develop systems certified to increasing CMMC compliance levels.
Areas of Responsibility Define, document, and maintain business
processes for export-controlled and federally-funded projects. Act
as a cross-functional driver across Technology, Legal, Sales,
Operations, Quality, and Finance for export-controlled and
federally-funded projects. Where applicable, compliance with NIST
800-171, EAR, ITAR, and CMMC requirements, embedding security best
practices into processes and policies. Project manage
cross-functional initiatives related to regulated services, export
control, and information security. Lead process audits and gap
analyses; identify risks and implement secure, compliant solutions.
Develop and deliver training for internal and external stakeholders
on regulated service workflows and system usage. Build data
dashboards and KPIs to track compliance, project health, and
continuous improvement effectiveness. Drive continuous improvement
initiatives, leveraging Lean, Six Sigma, or Agile methodologies.
Lead change management efforts to ensure smooth adoption of new
systems and policies. Travel: Ability to travel up to 20% annually

Desired Traits, Qualifications, Education and Experience
Equivalency 4 years in a process engineering or project management
role within regulated industries. Direct experience designing and
maintaining workflows in high information-security environments
(e.g., export-controlled, government contracts). Experience working
with and developing processes for how to manage information
security for technical data that is controlled under EAR or ITAR.
Experience developing or managing CMMC Level-certified systems and
workflows. 3 years leading continuous improvement initiatives,
including business analysis and process optimization. Must be a
U.S. Person in compliance with U.S. ITAR regulations. Strong
experience in cross-functional collaboration and live stakeholder
training. Experience with manufacturing, supply chain, or regulated
services environments required. Excellent leadership, project
management, and communication skills. Strong problem-solving and
critical-thinking skills, with a security-first mindset. Excellent
communicator—able to simplify and visualize complex workflows.
Experience rallying teams around compliance and process discipline.
Skilled in facilitating workshops, training, and change management.
Digitally fluent; comfortable working with ERP, CRM, and PLM
systems (e.g., Netsuite, Salesforce, Arena). Self-starter
comfortable with ambiguity and shifting priorities. The salary
range for this role is $115,000 - $155,000 depending on experience.
