Job Description:
Role: Product Engineer (Frontend / Fullstack) Location: On-site,
San Mateo, CA Compensation: $150k–$300k 0.05–0.25% equity Work
Policy: Full-time, 5 days/week in office (visa sponsorship

(>$20M raised) with Fortune 100 customers, building generative
AI–powered tools to democratize access to organizational data.
Mission: enable employees at all levels to instantly access
insights and make better decisions through intuitive LLM-based
workflows. Led by repeat founders with proven track records scaling
companies to multi-billion-dollar outcomes. Responsibilities Build
product-focused frontend and fullstack features in collaboration
with customers and founders. Define and develop UI/UX for
analytical and agentic workflows . Implement LLM-powered features
for conversational chat and interaction. Help shape the engineering
culture, product roadmap, and tech stack . Collaborate closely with
a high-caliber team of engineers and product leaders.
Qualifications Strong experience in React, TypeScript, Node.js,
and/or Python . Product-focused mindset with a passion for building
intuitive user experiences. Comfortable working in a fast-paced,
early-stage startup environment. Ability to collaborate across
functions and directly with customers. Nice to have: experience
with LLM integration and data-driven products . Tech Stack
Frontend: React, TypeScript Backend: Node.js, Python LLM
integrations for chat and agentic workflows Why Join Early
