Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. 6 years of
experience in front-end development, technical UX design, or
prototyping. Experience in application development in one or more
platforms/areas (e.g., web, iOS, Android, CompDes, XR). Include a
portfolio, website, or any other relevant link to your work in your
resume (providing a viewable link or access instructions Preferred
qualifications: 7 years of experience developing responsive,
adaptive, and performant websites and applications. 6 years of
experience as a front-end developer, UX Engineer, creative or
design technologist, or in a prototyping design environment.
Experience with Generative AI technologies, especially large
language models (LLMs) and models tailored for conversation or
customer service. Experience working in ambiguous, "zero-to-one"
product development environments. Experience with modern front-end
frameworks (e.g., React, Vue, Svelte) and back-end development
(e.g., Python, Node.js). Proficient in building full-stack

Joining a multi-disciplinary UX team, you will collaborate with
Engineering and Product Management, using user insights to create

The US base salary range for this full-time position is
$159,000-$231,000 bonus equity benefits. Our salary ranges are
determined by role, level, and location. Within the range,
individual pay is determined by work location and additional
factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant

Responsibilities Collaborate with a cross-functional team of
designers, researchers, product managers, and software engineers to
conceptualize and build a range of interactive prototypes that
explore novel user experiences for AI-powered customer and agent
support. Design and build a range of prototypes for new agent
platform integrations, standalone agentic UIs, and other tools that
help agents throughout the entire support life-cycle, ranging from
prototypes and concept explorations to more robust, internally
scalable versions. Communicate and demonstrate your prototypes to a
variety of stakeholders, clearly articulating the underlying
technology and the agent/customer value of your creations. Identify
opportunities and build tools that accelerate our own team's
design, research and development. Partner with product and
engineering teams to translate futuristic concepts into actionable
steps, influencing product roadmaps with working demos.
