Job Description:
We are searching for a highly analytical applicant who is
capable of working full time and possesses strong negotiation and
organizational abilities to join our growing firm as an estate
planning attorney. You will create wills, trusts, and powers of
attorney for our clients and their families and educate them on
matters of insurance and powers of attorney. To guarantee that an
estate is managed in accordance with the estate owner's intentions,
this role demands a high degree of responsibility. We are searching
for an applicant with substantial experience in estate planning.

Responsibilities:
Advocate on behalf of clients by understanding their needs,
effectively analyzing the situation, and forming a strategy for a
plan of action
Advise clients regarding retirement plans, charitable giving, and
insurance options
Keep client files properly organized and up to date
Discuss plans with clients for distributing clients' assets
Draft and file wills, trusts, and powers of attorney
Qualifications:
Understanding of a variety of real estate matters, including title
insurance, wills and trusts, property management, and
litigation
Bachelor's degree with a legal background and J.D. degree are
required
Active member of the ABA (American Bar Association)
Great communication skills, particularly in stressful and emotional
situations
At least 1-2 years of working in a law firm on on estate planning
and probate law issues is necessary
