Our global team of experts and state-of-the-art research facilities enable us to work side-by-side with growers to provide the most regionally relevant and reliable vegetable seeds available.POSITION SUMMARYResponsible for executing the talent acquisition strategy, focusing on forging relationships with partnering organizations, sourcing and recruiting high caliber talent, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate selection and creating a healthy applicant pool for a strong talent pipeline.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND REPONSIBILITIESResponsible for the full cycle recruitment process for the US, from managing the requisition process (including the creation, posting, maintenance, and hiring of vacancies), screening applications, sourcing qualified candidates, supporting the interview process, and partnering with the respective hiring manager and HRBP in handling the candidate offer.Represent HM.CLAUSE as an ambassador of our company culture and values, nurturing key relationships for prospective talent at career fairs, community and university events.Build a healthy applicant pool by networking with employees, industry contacts, professional associations/organizations to nurture relationships with prospective talent. Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting.Support and execute our employer brand strategy through the building of our company's presence on Indeed, LinkedIn, AgCareers and other key job boards, sites and media.Manage and oversee the relationships and accounts that exist with all talent agenciesMaintain our career and student sites of our company website so that it is relevant and current, representing the three pillars of our company identity.Deliver the appropriate communications to all applicants and other parties involved in the selection process of all roles in the US.Partner with HR Business Partners to strategize on anticipated vacancies and difficult to fill roles, implementing agreed upon tactics.Design sourcing strategies. Identify the most efficient and cost-effective recruiting methods (i.e. Internet, newspaper ads, employment agencies, etc.)Develop effective and efficient recruitment which may include job posting optimization, recruiting marketing channel development, market segmentation, job board procurement, use of social media, internet sourcing, other digital and non-digital employment marketing methods, comprehensive recruitment campaign planning, talent planning, etc.Prepare weekly reports and metrics on recruiting activity and maintaining a satisfactory level of time to fill, maintain the high service level to our internal and external customers.Perform other duties as required..EDUCATION & EXPERIENCEBachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.1-2 years of recruitment experienceExperience working with applicant tracking (ATS) systemsKnowledge of interviewing best practices and techniquesMust be proficient in English oral and written
