  • At least 2 yrs Outpatient Infusion experience required
  • Infusion RN candidate must have chemo-bio certification from ONS (2 year cycle)
    • Schedule Information
    • Shifts alternate 8-4 and 9-5
    • Every other full weekend, weekend is 8-4
      • Additional Details
      • AHA or ARC only
      • Verify by position with AM/PM until UDs are utilized
      • Physical Exam required within 1 year of start
      • Fit Test required within 1 year of start
      • Negative TB or Chest X-Ray
