Job Description:

A company is looking for an Internal Retirement Specialist to provide retirement plan expertise and support to participants.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide education and guidance to participants regarding their retirement plans through inbound and outbound calls
Conduct account reviews and analyze individual risk assessments to advise on asset allocation options
Build strategic relationships with field Retirement Specialists and Program Directors to support business unit sales goals

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education:

Undergraduate studies in business, finance, communications, marketing, or a related field preferred
FINRA Series 6, 63, and 65 licenses, as well as a Life and Health license are required
Minimum of two years of experience in a relationship/sales driven position, preferably in a sales call center environment
In-depth knowledge of insurance and financial products, with a preference for knowledge of defined contribution plans
Bilingual in Spanish and English is preferred and highly valued for this role
