Job Purpose:
The Order Entry administrator will support sales and customer order processing.
Nature of Duties:

• Enter sales orders and control documents into our ERP system Oracle 11i.
  
• Understand and process internal ICE orders, including cross-references.
  
• Understand and process EDI orders from third-party customers.
  
• Set up files and verify work of other entry administrators; process RMAs for CSR's.
  
• Assist with file pulling and research A/R issues for CSR's.
  
• Adapt to changing priorities during daily activities.
  
  Education and Experience:
  
  
• 2-4 years of order entry experience or related work.
  
• Experience with document control is a plus.
  
• Computer skills: Oracle (preferred), basic Excel, 10-key by touch, fax, printers.

  Salary Range:
  $54,080.00 - $58,000.00 annually.
