Job Title: Systems Engineer - Glean Admin
Job Location: CA (100% Remote)
Duration: 6 months with possibility of extension

We're looking for a Systems Engineer - Glean Administrator to manage and optimize our ai-powered enterprise search and intranet platform. In this role, you will be responsible for integrating new data sources, configuring search experiences and ensuring seamless access to information across the organization. You will work closely with IT, Security and business partners to enhance knowledge discovery and improve productivity.

What will you do?
--- Provide system-level support for Glean
--- Integrate new data sources into Glean
--- Develop and maintain connectors to ensure seamless integration of data.
--- Troubleshoot and resolve data synchronization and index issues
--- Analyze search analytics and user behavior to drive continuous improvement

REQUIRED SKILLS:
--- Problem solving: technical problem-solving skills, including the ability to troubleshoot and isolate issues to their root cause
--- Experience administering enterprise search platforms (Glean, Coveo, Elastic Algolia etc)
--- Hands-on experience in at least one of the following: Search technologies, Knowledge technologies, SaaS-based system integrations
--- Experience with Cloud technologies in at least one of the following: Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Amazon Web Services (AWS), or Microsoft Azure
--- Must have experience in troubleshooting REST API issues
--- Working experience on SSO, SAML, and OAuth, along with network troubleshooting
--- Ability to debug issues, including searching & reading application logs, analyzing stack traces, and browser trace files
--- Able to fully document issues you manage and contribute to the support knowledge base.
--- Strong collaboration and customer service skills with the ability to build trust among IT and customer/ stakeholders

EXPERIENCE:
--- 4 Year/Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (1 - 3 years of experience in lieu of Bachelor's) in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Information Systems, Information Technology, or Computer Engineering or equivalent work experience
--- Experience in using GitHub, Jira, and Confluence
--- Experience with Linux Administration
