Role at Pivot Pivot creates workplace environments to enable people
to do their best work. The Workplace Experience Manager is
responsible for planning, executing and elevating client and
internal experiences across our Northern and Southern California
showrooms and other event locations. This role partners closely
with Sales, supporting relationship-building, pipeline development,
brand activation, and overall brand presence within the market. The
Workplace Experience Manager will co-own events and experience
execution alongside the Marketing Director, translating strategy
into well-run, polished and repeatable experiences. In Addition,
You Will be Responsible for: Event Planning & Execution Plan and
execute a consistent cadence of events across all Pivot locations
including: Showroom tours and hosted client meetings.
A&D-focused, client, manufacturer, rep partner, internal
culture and employee engagement events, etc. Select off-site
activations (industry dinners, conference-adjacent events,
experiential outings, etc.). Ownership of event execution from
concept through completion including: Event timelines, budgets,
vendor coordination, catering, audio/visual needs, branded
materials, etc. Onsite execution including “day of” problem solving
and coordination and post-event breakdown. Ensure events are
delivered on time, within budget and aligned with defined goals and
designated audiences. Maintain consistency in event quality and
execution standards across all locations while adapting experiences
to audience and objectives. Showroom Experience & Hospitality
Support elevated, brand-aligned showroom experiences that are
consistently event and client ready including: Coordinating with
internal teams for furniture and space planning needs, including
updates as necessary. Advance hospitality planning and preparation
for a high-level guest experience across all showrooms. Serve as an
onsite host and point of contact during key client visits and
events, ensuring a seamless and elevated guest experience. Sales &
Marketing Partnership Partner with Marketing and Sales teams to
plan and execute events aligned with business development and
relationship goals. Coordinate pre-event preparation including
internal alignment, logistics and “run-of-show” planning.
Collaborate with Marketing team on: Event invitations and
communications. Social media content related to events and showroom
activities. Post-event recaps, photos and internal reporting.
Improve sales event adoption processes by making planning,
participation and follow-up processes clear and efficient.
Calendar, Process & ROI Tracking Manage and maintain company events
calendar for all locations. Track event-related metrics including
attendance, audience type, showroom usage and qualitative feedback.
Support foundational ROI tracking tied to relationships, showroom
engagement and pipeline where applicable. Identify opportunities to
improve event processes to increase efficiency and consistency.
We’re Excited About You If You Have A high school diploma or GED
plus bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years of experience in event
planning, hospitality, marketing events or experience management;
or equivalent combination of education and experience. Demonstrated
ability to independently plan and execute small to large scale
events from beginning to end. Experience managing multiple events,
timelines and vendors simultaneously. Ability to comfortably and
successfully work in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
Ability and willingness to travel as events require. Strong
organizational, detail-oriented, communication and follow-through
skills. Familiarity with standard concepts, practices, and
procedures within Architecture & Design, commercial interiors or
related industries. Experience supporting corporate marketing and
business development departments. Experience using CRM systems,
event tracking or project management tools. SUPERVISORY
RESPONSIBILITIES None. LANGUAGE SKILLS Ability to read and
interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance
instructions, and procedure manuals written in English. Ability to
write routine reports and correspondence in English. Ability to
identify and pursue missing or incomplete data. Ability to speak
effectively, in English, after small groups of customers or
employees of organization. MATHEMATICAL SKILLS Ability to add,
subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole
numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate,
ratio, and percent. High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Extensive background in use of word processing and database
programs. REASONING ABILITY Ability to solve practical problems and
deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only
limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of
instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS While performing the duties of this job, the
employee is regularly required to use hands and fingers to operate
a computer keyboard, mouse, and telephone keypad; and talk or hear.
The employee frequently is required to stand, walk, sit, and reach
with hands and arms. The employee is occasionally required to
stoop, kneel, or crouch. The employee must occasionally lift and/or
move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this
job include close vision, color vision, and ability to adjust
focus. WORK ENVIRONMENT The noise level in the work environment is
usually moderate. Event-dependent travel is required between
Northern and Southern California and occasional off-site venues.
Some early mornings, evenings and extended days may be required on
