acid extractions from plant tissue using high throughput
sequencing, real-time and conventional Polymerase Chain Reaction
(PCR), high-throughput sequencing (HTS) and related bioinformatics,
enzyme-linked immunosorbent assays, inoculation of herbaceous host
indicators for disease detection; analysis and maintenance of
disease testing results using appropriate computer software. Work
