Location: Remote or 5 days on-site in the heart of San
FranciscoReports to: Head of Social & Brand Marketing About Aonic

category-defining products: Aonic Revive - a Magnesium &
Electrolytes powered Hydration drink made with real fruit juice,
Aonic Fuel - a premium and delicious protein drink with 38-50 grams
of clean, complete protein, and lastly Aonic Complete - a
revolutionary, all-in-one, grab & go supplement solution. Key
Responsibilities: Campaign Strategy & Planning - Build and execute
full-funnel paid media strategies tailored to CPG marketing goals,
including product awareness, consideration, and purchase (online
and in-store). - Conduct audience and competitor analysis to inform
targeting and messaging. Campaign Execution - Launch and manage
campaigns across platforms: Google Ads (Search, Shopping, YouTube),
Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, Pinterest, Amazon Ads, TikTok
Shop, Shopify and Retail Media Networks (e.g., Walmart Connect,
Instacart, Kroger Precision Marketing). - Collaborate with creative
teams to ensure ad creatives and messaging reflect the brand and
consumer triggers. Performance Optimization - Analyze campaign
metrics (CPC, CPM, CTR, ROAS, CPA) to continuously optimize
performance. - Run A/B tests on copy, creatives, and audiences. -
Leverage AI-driven tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper, AdCreative.ai,
Phrasee, Albert, or platform-native AI features) for testing,
forecasting, creative generation, and targeting optimization.
Analytics & Reporting - Use Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager,
Amazon Attribution, and custom dashboards to evaluate performance
and ROI. - Generate reports that include actionable insights to
improve future campaigns. Budget & Retail Alignment - Manage and
allocate advertising budgets effectively, ensuring strong ROI
across campaigns. - Support omni-channel growth by aligning digital
efforts with in-store retail initiatives and national promotions.
Collaboration & Brand Integration - Partner with brand, shopper
marketing, and sales teams to ensure alignment across all channels.
- Coordinate paid media efforts with broader marketing calendars,
product launches, and seasonal campaigns. Required Skills &
Qualifications: - 3 years of experience managing paid ad campaigns,
preferably in the CPG or DTC sector. - Strong knowledge of ad
platforms: Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, Amazon DSP,
and retail media networks. - Certifications in Google Ads, Meta
Blueprint, or relevant ad platforms. - Experience using AI tools to
streamline campaign creation, analyze data, automate workflows, or
generate creative assets. - Understanding of omnichannel CPG
marketing and consumer journey from awareness to purchase. -
Ability to translate data into strategy and communicate insights
clearly. - Strong copywriting and creative testing skills. - Strong
reporting skills and presentation skills. - Comfortable leading
Paid Advertising campaigns and taking initiative. - Experience
running campaigns that support both eCommerce and brick-and-mortar
retail channels. - Familiarity with tools like NielsenIQ, IRI,
Profitero, or similar for CPG data and performance tracking. -
Experience with product launch strategies and seasonal marketing in
