Job Description:
Minimum qualifications: Bachelors degree or equivalent practical
experience. 8 years of experience in product management or a
related technical role. 2 years of experience taking technical
products from conception to launch (e.g., ideation to execution,
end-to-end, 0 to 1, etc). Experience in developing or launching
products or technologies within databases, analytics, big data, or
a related area. Preferred qualifications: Masters degree in a
technology or business related field. 5 years of experience working
cross-functionally with engineering, UX/UI, sales finance, and
other stakeholders. 5 years of experience in a business function or
role (e.g., strategic marketing, business operations, consulting).
5 years of experience in a role preparing and delivering technical
presentations to executive leadership. About the job At Google, we

salary range for this full-time position is $183,000-$271,000 bonus
equity benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level,
and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by
work location and additional factors, including job-related skills,
experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can

the product roadmap for key database initiatives, ensuring
alignment with broader Google Cloud infrastructure goals and
customer modernization needs. Partner closely with engineering, UX,
and program management to translate complex market requirements
into clear Product Requirements Documents (PRDs) and launch
high-quality database features. Develop and articulate a compelling
product narrative that unites stakeholders around a shared goal,
securing executive support for critical investments in hybrid and
edge solutions. Define and track quantitative and qualitative
metrics (e.g., adoption, latency, business) to measure product
success and guide data-driven decision-making. Map end-to-end buyer
and user journeys to shape portfolio messaging and positioning,
driving cross-functional consensus to deliver solutions that solve
real enterprise issues.
